Heyo to everyone, I am here once again after being off for a fair while, but with a slight post to update what is going on.
A consistent thing for a bit recently was delving properly into animation experimentation. Some of the effort so far being into the shopkeeper animations shown before, and this time around for something that's one direct animation (instead of idles and such for the shop), but for the ends of levels.
Concepts be a factor in what I want to go for with these being rough ideas of a general style.
Likely going with the top, some generalized clearing screen with the total of the currency.
The question, after this, is how do I make it play out to get there? Well, I have a possible test sketch-animation for that after touching the goal post.
It might not be the absolute most to show, but something cute and in character for him I feel:
A silly wobble, spin, and balancing on his tail to be silly and playful.
Not gonna lie, the hardest part might be the background, because I want to do something stylized like the sketches show with the blue rings, and geometric styling is new for me, it'd be a bit of trial and error.. mostly error, but I have hope for it.
Silly, stylized, and a bit of nightmare in the antagonists, that's the theme for the Moof Project.
I'd love to show more, though the last while has been a bit.. complicated.
I can try to make more progress soon, but for now that'll be all for me for the time being.
